SimpleBasic is an imaginary spice and skincare company that, if it actually did exist, would be chock full of edible and delicious products for your skin and your belly.

Sadly, these wonderful products exist mainly in my imagination and in the occasional small batches that I mix up at whim. When I do concoct a few jars of spicy Sri Lankan curry, cozy winter mulling spices, Meyer lemon zest salt scrub, or decocted comfrey balm, I give them to my friends to prove my love.
